250–300 g chicken tenders

1 egg

2 tbsp flour

5–6 tbsp breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

1. Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.

3. Coat the chicken tenders first in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally cover with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly so it sticks.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

5. Place the chicken tenders in the fryer basket without overlapping.

6. Cook for 10–12 minutes at 190°C (375°F), turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
