Chocolate mousse seems like the easiest recipe, with just 3 ingredients you can make it but what they don’t tell you is that it can also turn into a complete disaster. There is always that piece of chocolate that falls off during the mix or the remaining ingredients who get stuck at the bottom. We guarantee you that with our expert bowl the result will be perfect each time and here is why:
First, it is completely transparent, so you can always see if the ingredients are not fully incorporated. But what makes this bowl extra special is the fact that you can bend it on the side and allow your whisk to make the right movement. Remember that you need to go gentle on your mix and the movement is always from right to left.
Our mixing bowls can also resist heat for up to 300°C. To achieve that perfectly melted chocolate using the Bain Marie method, all you need is a pot with boiling water and let our mixing bowl do it’s magic: whisk gently and voila! Perfectly melted chocolate in just a few seconds. You can also choose to melt it in the microwave if you prefer.

For maximum flavour we recommend marinating meats & substitute meats for at least 3 hours, seafood & vegetables for about 30mins.

In baking you always need to be precise, especially when it comes to adding liquid ingredients to your final mix. To obtain the perfect fluffy pancake with just a few steps, our secret tip is to create your own buttermilk. All you need is milk or substitute milk and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Add them to the measuring jug and put the lid on to let the ingredients get to know each other. After 10 minutes add the usual pancake mix and let it sit for a few more minutes before putting the lid back on. We recommend placing the lid for light pouring to achieve the perfect pancake size.
