1 garlic clove

3 carrots

600 g tomato purée

2 tbsp olive oil

500 g ground beef

1 onion

Oregano, thyme

Salt and pepper

100 g grated cheese

Preparation

1. Sauté the chopped garlic and onion in a little olive oil.

2. Add the diced carrots, then the ground beef.

3. Stir in the tomato purée
