115 g butter
50 g sugar
150 g brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
185 g flour
3 g baking soda
200 g chocolate

Preparation
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan until it turns golden brown.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
3. Pour the melted butter into a mixing bowl, add the sugar and brown sugar, and mix well.
4. Add the egg and stir.
5. Sift in the flour, then add the baking soda and mix.
6. Roughly chop the chocolate and fold it into the dough.
7. Use an ice cream scoop to portion the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
8. Bake for 12–14 minutes.
9. Once out of the oven, use a round cookie cutter to gently shape the cookies into neat circles.
10. Let cool before serving.
