2 bananas + 1 for decoration
160 g flour
100 g apple sauce
50 g softened butter
1 packet baking powder
Chocolate chips
50 g brown sugar + a little extra for topping

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Wash and trim the ends of 2 bananas. Mash them in a bowl, then finely chop the banana peels.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, applesauce, flour, baking powder, and sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the mashed bananas and stir, then fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Slice the remaining banana in half lengthwise and place it on top of the cake. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
