The French version of these terms and conditions of use is the definitive legal version. Translations into other languages, notably English and Spanish, are for reference purposes only.
By using the website http://www.ocuisine.fr/ (hereinafter the “Website"), the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") declares that it has read and understood and has contractual capacity for these Terms and Conditions of Use and the User is considered to have accepted them. Failing this, the User is not authorized to use the Website or take advantage of any rights related to its use.
- Purpose and scope of these clauses
These Terms and Conditions of Use are intended to define the conditions under which the User may benefit from the Website services and/or its existing or future digital applications that the company International Cookware, a company with share capital of Euros 26,169,760, headquartered in France at Châteauroux (36000) – 85, allée des Maisons Rouges, registered at the Châteauroux Trade and Companies Register under number 399 311 315 (hereinafter referred to as "IC" or "Website Editor") directly or indirectly makes use of or owns. These Terms and Conditions of Use may be modified at any time.
- Website content
The main purpose of the Website is to present various Ôcuisine® products and their conditions of use.
- Intellectual property and copyrights
The Website Editor holds, as the owner or under a license, all intellectual property rights relating to the content accessible on the Website, in particular the text, images, photographs, videos, logos and brands, which are protected by rights held by it or its third-party partners. All brands and products names mentioned have been registered by their owner. Ôcuisine® is a brand of IC.
Any partial or total reproduction, especially for advertising or commercial purposes, as well as any adaptation, modification, use, transmission, copy, redistribution and/or development, in any form and by any means, of all or part of these items or contents, is strictly prohibited, except with the express prior authorization of the Website Editor.
Any infringement will be subject to legal recourse to protect the rights of the Website and Website Editor.
Only reproduction, display and printing of Website contents are authorized for personal and non-commercial use, with sources listed (example: list Website URL).
- Link creation
The Website allows hyperlinks to its content to be established provided that:
- techniques that nest Website pages in pages of another website are not used (iframe, meta refresh, etc.) and instead, the Website is opened in a dedicated window with a clear URL;
- a transcription of the link as text through explicit wording is used, whose words and expressions strictly correspond to the content in question and respect its nature and form;
- they directly link to the Webpage hosting the content in question, or, failing this, the Website home page.

IC cannot be held responsible for the availability of these external sites and sources, and cannot be held responsible for the content, advertising, products, services or any other material available on or from these external sites or sources.
- Responsibility
IC, in the operation of the Website, is bound only by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from using the internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption or other unintended problems. IC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, whatever the cause, origin, nature or consequences, resulting from use of or access to the Website by the User or from downloading from the Website.
IC agrees to provide the professional standard of care when rendering the service offered to the User. However, IC cannot be held liable in the event of delay or breach of its contractual obligations if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond its control: unforeseeable circumstances or event of force majeure as defined by the applicable law.
For maintenance reasons, IC may interrupt the Website and/or, where applicable, certain services present on the Website and will endeavor to give prior notice to the Users.
